Daily Rates: $65.00 per night | Includes two people, one RV, and one vehicle. A two-night minimum stay is required on holidays (July 4th, Memorial Weekend, and Labor Day Weekend). Additional charges include $10 per night for extra RV A/C (3 total), $20 per night for covered sites, $5.00 per night for each additional person, and $5.00 per night for each additional vehicle.

Weekly Rates: $425.00.

Monthly Rates: Please contact us for specials and long-term rates.

Note: No refunds for early departures or cancellations on weekly and monthly bookings.

Discounts 

• We offer a 10% discount to Good Sam members, active/retired military personnel, EMS, Police, Fire and Border Patrol. 
• Discounts are given only on daily rates, never on weekly and monthly stays 
• We do not accept Passport America from April 15 through October 15. 

Rental Cabins

Cabin accommodations come with a well-equipped kitchen, TV, and a covered porch with a BBQ grill and table.

Cabin 1: 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom

• Daily Rate: $175.00 + 10% tax (4 people max)
• Linen Rental: $50
• Refundable Deposit: $400

Cabin 2: 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom

• Daily Rate: $195.00 + 10% tax (6 people max)
• Linen Rental: $75
• Refundable Deposit: $500

Cabin 3: 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, large living and dining area, satellite TV in all rooms.

• Daily Rate: $375.00 + 10% tax (10 people max)
• Linen Rental: $100
• Refundable Deposit: $600
